At Ethérnique, we prioritize customer satisfaction and want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return items within 7 days of receiving your order. Although, We appreciate our customer to make thoughtful purchasing decisions. We value sustainability by prioritizing protecting our planet, each exchange or returns consumes additional resources and generates more waste. We encourage our customers to consider their choices carefully, as mindful purchasing not only benefits them but also contributes to a more sustainable future for our planet.
Eligibility for Returns:
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with security tag and labels intact. Please also note that the item purchased must be returned accompanied by the original packaging delivered.
We do not accept returns for items that have been intentionally damaged or altered or worn. We will appreciate if the item purchased returned at its intact condition.
Important: The security seal must not be broken before you are fully satisfied with the product received. Returns will not be accepted if the seal is broken or tampered with.
Return Process:
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at contact@ethernique.co.in with your order number, reason for return and product image as delivered.
For products received damaged, video evidence of the unboxing is mandatory to approve a return or replacement request.
Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on your email as well as mobile number for returning the item.
Replacement Policy
At Ethernique, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we offer a replacement policy to ensure you get what you ordered. Please review the following guidelines
Eligibility for Replacements:
Items must be reported within 7 days of receipt.
The item must be unworn(if found defective), unwashed, and in its original condition, with security tag and labels intact.
The item must be returned with its original packaging.
The security seal must not be broken before you are fully satisfied with the product received.
Please note that replacement requests are accepted for defective items or items received in error (wrong size, color, or product) only within 7 days of purchase.
Replacement Process:
To initiate a replacement, please contact our customer service at [customer service email/phone number] with your order number and details of the issue along with the image of the package delivered.
If the product is damaged on delivery, video evidence of the unboxing is mandatory to approve replacement.
We will guide you through the return process for the incorrect or defective item and provide instructions for the replacement.
Final Approval:
All replacement requests are subject to approval upon inspection of the returned item. Once the inspection is done, a notification will be sent to your registered email id or mobile number stating the return or replacement approval/rejection.
Shipping Cost for Replacements:
For defective or incorrect items, we will cover the shipping costs for sending the replacement.
If the replacement is due to a customer error (e.g., incorrect size ordered), the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs. (Applicable for cash on delivery only).
Replacement Availability:
Since our product lineup is quite conscious about sustainability and we are producing limited articles, replacements are subject to availability. If the requested item is out of stock, we will provide options for similar items or store credit, which you can use for your next purchase with us.

Refund Processing Time:

Approved refund amount will be processed within 3-7 business days and will be credited to your original payment method.
Return Shipping Costs:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If you initiate a refund, the delivery expenses will also be deducted from your refund.
Non-Refundable Items:
Items that do not meet our return policy criteria, including those that are damaged or altered, or where the security seal has been broken and other criteria that are previously mentioned in eligibility for returns, will not be eligible for refunds.
